Return Authorization
All returns must receive prior approval. Please contact us with your order details before sending any items back.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, products must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging and condition
- Free from damage or signs of use
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover inspection, processing, and packaging costs.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Used, Damaged, or Opened Returns
If a returned product is received used, opened, damaged, or not in its original condition, the return will not be approved and no refund will be issued.
At the customer’s request, the item may be shipped back to them; however, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Refund processing may take 3–7 business days after the return is approved.
